I don’t know about you but I actually like Mondays, especially after over indulging on the weekend. It’s nice to get back to the gym and healthier eating.
This week’s Worthy Reads kicks off with a pork tenderloin recipe. Pork tenderloins are usually sold two to a package. Cook both so you have extras for sandwiches. It’s so much better than cold cuts which are high in sodium.
