We just returned from a fun family weekend in Cleveland celebrating my cousin’s graduation from medical school. I always love seeing the family and because I am blessed with a family of great cooks, we always get to enjoy delicious food!
During some down time over the weekend I was able to find some great links to share for this week’s Worthy Reads. The first one is a very short video on how to pack. It’s worth your time to watch!
A New Way to Pack?
Oh my! I have heard of great packing tips before but this one tops them all! I found this on Marie Claire, This Woman’s Genius Folding Method Will Forever Change the Way You Pack a Bag. Her method certainly would prevent wrinkles!
Room of the Week

I love how this living room opens up to the outdoor living area. It’s bright and cheerful. The red brick is a nice contrasting backdrop to the neutral decor.
Recipe of the Week
I found this Goat Cheese and Tomato Tart with Rosemary and Mascarpone at The Endless Meal. It looks amazing. Kristen made it with store bought pie crust which is a huge convenience and timesaver. The rest of the ingredients are simple to pull together. It would be great with a green salad for a summer supper. It’s on my list to try in the near future.
1010 Park Place
I love dresses for summer and one of my favorites is the shift. Check out my choices of 7 Day to Evening Dresses at 1010 Park Place.
Spice Up Your Mayo
Mayonnaise is one of our favorite condiments in our house. It’s the best on tomato sandwiches, egg salad and tuna salad. Although it’s great as is, why not kick it up a notch and add some additional flavor? Check out this infographic from She Knows that boasts 20 easy yet flavorful mayo recipes.
Have a great week and thanks for stopping by!

The packing might be ok, but it only works if you wear all long sleeved tops and where does she pack the shoes? Just wouldn’t work for a cruise!!!!!

Hi Julie. I think I would combine her style of packing with a little rolling for some other clothes and tucking shoes on the sides or in a different section of the suitcase. My suit case has two separate sections.
