There is nothing better than an organized home which of course, requires storage.  There is a saying that “Everything has its place” ; without that, you have clutter!  If you like organization, you’ll love this collection of clever storage solutions hidden behind closed doors.

Kitchen Storage Solutions

I have seen plenty of coffee bars behind cabinet doors.  What I haven’t seen is a sliding shelf for the coffee bar which makes more sense; especially if there is a cabinet above it.  Instead of having to pull the coffee maker out, you just need to slide the shelf out.  If you are building or remodeling, check out New England Home.  They have wonderful ideas.

I love using my Kitchen Aid mixer.  What I don’t love is dragging it up from my basement which is where I store it.  I just don’t have the room in my kitchen.  I like the idea of hiding it behind a cabinet as shown in Better Homes & Gardens.
