Thanksgiving is over and it’s now time to concentrate on Christmas which is less than a month away. In previous posts I have shared inspiration on decorating your stairs for the holidays and creating beautiful Christmas urns for your front porch. Today I would like to share a collection of gorgeous Christmas wreaths.
Welcoming Christmas Wreaths
A wreath hanging on a door says welcome! However, I also like going beyond the front door and finding other ways to incorporate wreaths in holiday decorating. This post will inspire you to think of ways both inside and outside to add a festive Christmas wreath to your holiday decor. Regardless of the placement, Christmas wreaths are festive and welcoming.
Festive Wreaths on Statues
These deer statues are so life-like, posture and all. I love how this home owner added festive wreaths around their necks.
Citrus Wreaths
A trip to the produce section of your local grocery store will brighten up any wreath! I love the contrast of the citrus fruits against the greenery.
Evergreen and Magnolia Leaves
Shiny Magnolia leaves add another layer of texture. They also add another color as the backs of their leaves are a coppery brown. I used them in my front porch pots this year and love the look.
Pretty Boxwood Wreaths
Invest in some pretty ribbon and you can jazz up a simple boxwood wreath such as the one below. FYI, Trader Joe’s has boxwood wreaths at half the price of my local nursery.
Boxwood wreaths can also be found in the shape of a square for something different.

If you enjoy doing crafts you can create a beautiful wreath out of Christmas bulbs.
I like hanging wreaths over mirrors indoors. The ornament wreath below would be perfect for my dining room mirror.
