I think you have posted a lot of wonderful ideas. But, as a rescue dog volunteer, I have to comment that the built in dog crate is only vented in the front. And it appears that there is direct sunlight into the crated area. Crating does not work well for many dogs and having a closed top, side and back may create too much stress for many dogs. If people see this on your blog, they may copy same and I don’t think it’s an ideal set up for any dog. Thank you for taking the time to read my comments.

I agree with you on dog crate, but I also see it as the poor dog has to be in a corner, not where the family is…that is mean—dogs/cats are family, they should be with family too ~!!!
