Happy August! It’s hard to believe another month has passed. Be sure to live in the moment and enjoy what’s left of summer. I spent the weekend pruning, weeding and freshening up my garden.

How long do your appliances and systems last?
It used to be that appliances lasted for a very long time. Unfortunately that is not the case any more. They are built with cheaper parts and just not made to last as long. I found this chart at Chasing Foxes on the average life span and replacement cost for appliances and systems interesting.
