We had a wonderful weekend and I hope you did too. We hosted a Seafood Boil for my husband’s Rotary Group on Friday and spent the rest of the weekend celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. It’s amazing how the years fly by.
I have a great round of Worthy Reads for you. Enjoy these links from around the web.
Recipe of the Week
Heidi from Foodie Crush features this delicious Fatoush Salad on her blog. The recipe is from Maureen Abood’s new book Rose Water & Orange Blossoms. This is a different version of the fatoush salad I grew up with. I’d like to try this with the addition of the pomegranate molasses and radishes.
Room of the Week
Kitchens don’t have to be huge. I love the layout of this galley style kitchen found on Architectural Digest with a view of the courtyard.
A New Garden App
I can’t tell you how many times I have seen a shrub or a flower that I would love to know the name of. Well, this app called Grow It can help you identify those mysterious plants.
The Most Iconic Royal Wedding Gowns of All Time
Enjoy flipping through 22 pictures that Elle Magazine put together of royal weddings. Queen Noor looks much younger than her 27 years in this picture, don’t you think?
1010 Park Place
My recent feature on 1010 Park Place is about Outdoor Living Spaces and making them an extension of your home. Do you have an outdoor “living room”?
Have a great week and thanks for stopping by.
